2. Superior Water Separation: Royal Purple Synthetic Oil with Synerlec separates rapidly from water to remain dry. Dry oil greatly extends bearing life. Water is easily drained from bottom of oil reservoir.

3. Longer Oil Life: Royal Purple is 10 times more oxidation stable in this test. In the U.S. Steel/ ASTM D- 2893 lab test, results equated to a 20 year oil change interval in field service (271 days in test with 0% viscosity increase). Unless oil is contaminated, oxidation is the sole measure of oil life.

4. Saves Energy: Royal Purple Synthetic Oil with Synerlec lowers friction up to 78.7% to conserve energy and save money. Energy savings alone can exceed the cost of the oil.

A high performance, long life hydraulic oil for use in conventional industrial hydraulic systems. Syndraulic's high film strength protects seals and pumps better than conventional anti-wear hydraulic oils in oxidation, wear, corrosion resistance, and water separation. In a major chemical plant, Syndraulic's outstanding oxidation and wear stability extended oil drain intervals by 26 times greater than a major branded mineral oil.

Application - Hydraulic Systems

A high performance, multi service industrial gear oil for lubrication of slow to medium speed worm, helical, double helical, straight, and ring and pinion enclosed gear boxes. Excellent for bronze and steel materials. Contains Synslide, a tough, tenacious synthetic oil film virtually eliminating gear and bearing wear, even under high loads, sudden shock loads, moist environments, or low RPM's. Separates rapidly from water, excellent oxidation resistance, and rust & corrosion protection.

All industrial gear boxes.

A high performance, aluminum complex, synthetic grease that provides outstanding Extreme Pressure protection at both high and low temperatures. It is almost impervious to water wash-out and resists heat break-down at temperatures up to 520 degrees F. Originally developed for subsea use, does not emulsify with saltwater.
(ASTM D-2509 Timken OK Load of 100 lbs.)

Application - Grease lubricated axle bearings, chassis ball joints, Electric Motor Bearings.

A high performance multi synthetic buffer fluid for dual and tandem type exotic carbon material seals. Superior heat removal from the seal faces, high oxidation resistance. Functions extremely well in intermittent service where seal face blistering is a common problem. FDA approved food grade applications.

Thermyl-Glyde

Extreme service lubricant for extremely heavily loaded bearings, chains, gears, ways, etc. (sticks to metal).

Tacky, tenacious, ashless, semi-fluid grease for heavily loaded, low speed bearings, open gears or sliding surfaces.

Additive concentrate gives Synerlec performance to other industrial oils (pumps, turbines, etc.) both mineral and synthetic.

Powerful synthetic solvent - add to existing mineral oil to clean up dirty equipment as it operates (dissolves deposits and sludge into a fluid to be carried to the filter or to be drained off at the next oil change).

Formulated for reciprocating air compressors to keep valves free of carbon deposit.

Premium synthetic for steam and gas turbines, high temperatures, high water contamination, etc.

Same as Synfilm, but undyed for UV light stability - typically used in bottle oilers on ANSI pumps.

High performance Food Grade bearing lubricant for air compressors and pump bearings.

USDA H-1 synthetic compressor lubricant for hydrogen, nitrogen, CO2, etc. compressor applications.

Synthetic lubricant for reactive and acid environments in specialty compressors and gear boxes.

Paper machine oil - long life, high performance - very clean systems

(Non-Zinc) Very long life, low wear EMD Diesel Engine Oil.

Max Tuff is formulated with dense, high molecular weight synthetic lubricants plus state of the art "Extreme Pressure Additives" that prevent metal to metal contact on start-up and break-in.

This unique combination forms an effective lubricating film on chains greatly extending life. Max chain prevents rusting and can be used on all chains including "0" ring style chains.

• Application - All roller type chains, or sliding applications requiring a non-tacky lubricant.

Syn-Trac III is a high performance, long life Universal Tractor Fluid for use in farm equipment, off-highway machinery and industrial tractors where transmissions, final drives, wet brakes and clutches, and hydraulics are supplied from a common fluid reservoir. Exceptional oxidation stability and higher film strength.
